Hi, I’m Victoria — founder of CoPath Advisory, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, CFP® professional, and MBA graduate.I help couples who want to move forward peacefully and respectfully complete their divorce with clarity, confidence, and financial security.
My specialty is working with couples pursuing Simplified Dissolution of Marriage — the fastest and most amicable divorce option in Florida when both parties agree on the basics. After over a decade in financial planning and wealth management, I saw too many divorces become harder than they needed to be — simply because no one helped the couple clearly understand the numbers.I launched CoPath Advisory to change that.Today, I work with couples who want a better way:
A way to divide assets fairly, without unnecessary conflict.
A way to move forward confidently, not fearfully.
A way to end a chapter with respect, and begin the next with security.
In addition to my work as a financial professional, I am a Ph.D. candidate and a Cutler Fellow, researching how financial education shapes resilience and opportunity. At every stage, my work is driven by one belief:
Financial understanding empowers better decisions — and better futures. If you and your spouse are ready to separate with clarity and respect, I’m here to guide you through it, simply and thoughtfully.Let’s define what’s next, together.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®)?
A Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® specializes in the financial aspects of divorce, helping individuals and couples understand the long-term impact of settlement decisions. A CDFA® provides in-depth financial analysis and projections, but does not offer legal advice. How is CoPath Advisory different from a mediator or attorney?
At CoPath Advisory, we focus exclusively on the financial side of divorce, not the legal process. While attorneys and mediators help negotiate legal terms and finalize court filings, our role is different: We provide neutral, expert financial analysis to help you both understand your full financial picture, make fair and informed decisions, and avoid costly mistakes — before you move forward with filing. We do not offer legal advice, draft legal documents, or represent either party. Instead, we act as your financial guide, helping you organize, clarify, and confidently complete the financial separation process.Do you work with couples jointly, or just individuals?
We primarily work with both spouses together when the goal is a respectful, peaceful separation. This ensures transparency, fairness, and clear communication during the financial separation process. (If you need individual support, we can discuss whether that's a fit for your situation.)How does working with you fit into the mediation process?
Our primary focus is helping couples achieve financial clarity and agreement early — often avoiding the need for extensive mediation altogether. If you do choose to work with a mediator, our role is to support that process by providing neutral, expert financial analysis ahead of or during mediation. We ensure both parties have clear, organized financial information, which can make mediation faster, smoother, and more productive if it’s needed. How can mediators or collaborative attorneys partner with CoPath Advisory?
At CoPath Advisory, our primary focus is helping couples reach financial clarity independently — often allowing for quicker, simpler divorces. However, when couples are working with a mediator or collaborative attorney, we seamlessly support the process by providing neutral, expert financial analysis that enhances settlement discussions and speeds agreement. If you are a family law professional seeking financial expertise to complement your work, we welcome collaborative partnerships that prioritize respectful, informed resolutions.Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual consultations to fit your needs. In-person meetings are available for clients located in Martin County and surrounding areas, including St. Lucie County, Indian River County, Palm Beach County, and parts of Okeechobee County. If you are outside this region or prefer the convenience of meeting remotely, we also offer virtual consultations throughout Florida and nationwide. Our goal is to make professional, thoughtful financial guidance accessible wherever you are.How does pricing work at CoPath Advisory?
At CoPath Advisory, we offer flat-fee services — not hourly billing — to provide full transparency and peace of mind. Our comprehensive financial separation service for couples pursuing a Simplified Dissolution of Marriage starts at $1,500, with the final fee based on the complexity of your financial situation. Most couples fall within this starting fee; however, more complex situations — such as multiple real estate properties, extensive retirement accounts, business ownership, or intricate investment portfolios — may require a higher flat fee, which will always be discussed with you upfront before proceeding. Unlike legal professionals who often charge $300–$600 per hour, our flat-fee approach makes professional financial guidance more affordable, predictable, and less stressful, especially for couples seeking a respectful and efficient separation. What if we aren’t sure about everything yet?
That’s okay! You don’t need to have everything decided when you come to CoPath Advisory. Our job is to help you organize, clarify, and understand your finances, so you can make informed, peaceful decisions — together. Many couples find that once they see their complete financial picture clearly, reaching agreement becomes much easier. How do I get started?
You can schedule a Financial Separation Consultation through our website. During this initial meeting, we’ll discuss your needs, your goals, and how we can best support you in achieving a clear, confident divorce.
